Subject: Online Teaching using Open Access Software "Zoom"

I have taken Online Class with Master of Library and Information Science students on 27-03-2020 and 28-03-2020 using open access software. The classes were attended by 25 students and it went well. I have used onetime my smartphone and second time my laptop computer for the online video classes. These online video session were successful sharing my Word file and Power Point with students. Some students have been using smartphone and some have used their laptop.

There have been video and audio interactions along with chat messages in the online teaching sessions.

The open access software I have used is available free of cost both for mobile and desktop computers on internet. Zoom basic version is free and has capacity to interact with 100 participants for 40 minutes session.

I have prepared two power point files: (1) Online Class Room Teaching using Zoom - Basic Lesson , and (2) Online Class Room Teaching using Zoom - Advance Lesson. These power point are attached here for the benefit of All Students in the Department so that you may interact with the teachers and continue their studies from home during this critical time in the country.
