Stresses the need for an educational effort in order to make the public understand the role and purpose of Copyright. It further suggests to the agencies of United Nations specializing in Copyright and the governments to engage themselves actively in the struggle against piracy through national copyright legislations and international convention for creating a climate of peace all along the line from the author and his work to the final user. At last it emphasizes the role of publishing and publishers in the national and international copyright legislations.
