Organisations are contrived systems of Men which fascinate management scientists by their unique and complex nature. The uniqueness of an organisation is due to its climate which is the result of interaction among several variable such as leadership style, communication pattern, motivational forces, etc. Determines the association between the variables of climate and other variables such as job attitude, security feeling of employees. Seeks to examine the feasibility of study of organisational climate of university libraries. Also suggests a theoretical model of organisational climate for university libraries.
